Why Our Agency

A surrogacy agency that knows you by name

Our Story

Founded on Personal Experience

In 2017, Samantha Giermek was a surrogate herself. She loved the experience of helping a family — but she ended up managing most of the journey on her own. A natural organizer and caretaker, she learned the system inside and out, handled her own coordination, and navigated communication gaps that left her frustrated. She finished that experience knowing that families and surrogates both deserve better.

So she built something different. Made in the USA Surrogacy isn't run by investors or administrators. It's run by someone who has been on the other side of the process and understands what it actually feels like — the hope, the waiting, the weight of every decision.

That's why Samantha stays involved in every case personally. Not as a figurehead, but as the person who picks up the phone, reviews your surrogate profiles, and checks in when things get quiet. She keeps the caseload small enough to make that possible.

“You certainly don't feel like ‘just another client.’ Samantha is on top of things, checking in to make sure things are going well.”

Our Difference

What Sets Us Apart

Not marketing claims. Specific, measurable differences that affect your experience and your outcome.

01

Selective Surrogate Screening

1-in-60 Acceptance Rate

We accept roughly 1 in 60 surrogate applicants. Every candidate undergoes third-party IVF nurse review of complete OB/GYN records for all pregnancies — not just the most recent. We test for hidden nicotine markers that standard panels miss, verify financial stability, and assess psychological readiness and home environment.

Applicants with any pregnancy complications, gaps in medical records, unstable living situations, or motivations that don't align with a healthy surrogacy experience are declined — even if they meet basic ASRM requirements. This selectivity means fewer complications and surrogates who are genuinely committed.

02

A Stronger Surrogate Pool Means a Stronger Match

$65,000+ Base Compensation

Compensation is only one part of what attracts women to our program. The support, screening, and experience we provide throughout the journey also play a major role. Together, these help us attract qualified surrogates who are serious, committed, and genuinely aligned with the process, giving intended parents a stronger pool of candidates to match with.

03

Honest, Transparent Pricing

Total surrogacy costs are typically $160,000 – $175,000, including agency fees, surrogate compensation, legal, and insurance. We publish that number because you deserve to plan with real figures, not vague “it depends” answers.

Our agency fee is a flat rate. No finder's fees, no surrogate compensation markups, no administrative charges that appear after you've committed.

04

California's Legal Advantage

California allows pre-birth parentage orders — meaning both parents' names go on the birth certificate before your baby is born, regardless of genetic connection or marital status. No post-birth adoption. No waiting period. No legal ambiguity.

For parents in states with unclear surrogacy laws, that certainty changes everything. You walk into the hospital as the legal parents, not as petitioners hoping a judge agrees.

05

Personal Case Management

You won't be passed between departments or left waiting for callbacks. Your case manager's direct number is in your phone. When your surrogate has a 20-week ultrasound, you hear about it the same day — not in a weekly batch email.

We limit our active caseload so every family gets real availability — not a ticket in a queue. That also means we're there for the emotional side: the anxiety before a transfer, the quiet stretch between milestones, the questions you feel silly asking. You're not.

The Process

What Working With Us Looks Like

01

Free Consultation

A real conversation, not a sales pitch. We’ll talk through your goals, answer questions honestly, and figure out together if we’re the right fit. If we’re not — because of timeline, budget, or expectations — we’ll tell you upfront, not three months in.

02

Surrogate Matching

We match you with a surrogate candidate who is capable of medical clearance and aligned with your preferences. Many of our matches are local candidates. We facilitate a match meeting and address any unique preferences you have.

03

Legal, Medical & Support

We coordinate contracts with attorneys who specialize exclusively in reproductive law, medical protocols with your fertility clinic, and escrow setup before any procedures begin. Insurance, logistics, ongoing support — all managed.

04

Welcome Your Baby

From confirmed pregnancy through delivery, we coordinate your birth plan and ongoing case management. A pre-birth order is completed before birth through your attorney. We also coordinate breastmilk logistics if applicable. We recommend arriving a few weeks before the due date if possible.

What Our Families Say

K
“Our previous agency had an 18 month wait time. We reached out to multiple agencies and were immediately presented with the most perfect surrogate for our family by Samantha. In just over a year we had our baby girl. The whole process was seamless and Samantha was always very responsive and helpful.”

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions intended parents ask most when comparing surrogacy agencies.

We keep our caseload small on purpose. Every family works with a consistent team led by Samantha, rather than being routed through a call center or rotation of coordinators. When you call, someone who knows your situation picks up.

We cap our active cases intentionally. Rather than maximizing volume, we focus on quality — which means faster response times, more personalized matching, and a team that actually knows your name and your story.

Yes. We work with intended parents from around the world, including families from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. We coordinate the legal, logistical, and communication complexities of cross-border surrogacy, including parentage orders, travel planning, and document authentication.

Our screening goes well beyond ASRM guidelines. We evaluate complete OB/GYN records for all pregnancies (not just the most recent), conduct third-party IVF nurse reviews, test for hidden nicotine markers, verify financial stability, and assess psychological readiness and home environment. This is why we accept roughly 1 in 60 applicants.

Total surrogacy costs are typically $160,000+, which includes agency fees, surrogate compensation, legal fees, and insurance. Does not include IVF clinic or pharmacy expenses — these vary by clinic and are separate from the agency budget. Our agency fee is a flat rate with no hidden costs, finder’s fees, or surrogate compensation markups. We publish our cost ranges openly so you can plan with confidence.

No. We expect escrow to be funded per the deposit schedule. Families are encouraged to source their funding beforehand. Some families explore employer fertility benefits, programs like Carrot, or personal financing options. We’re happy to discuss what others have used during your consultation.

Complications are rare, but we prepare for every scenario. All contingencies are addressed in the legal contract before anything begins. Our team coordinates closely with medical providers, and your case manager is available to support you through any unexpected situation.

Absolutely. After we present you with pre-screened surrogate profiles, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and speak with potential matches before making a decision. The right match is worth waiting for — you’ll have time to ask questions, connect, and feel confident in your choice.
