In 2017, Samantha Giermek was a surrogate herself. She loved the experience of helping a family — but she ended up managing most of the journey on her own. We accept roughly 1 in 60 surrogate applicants. Every candidate undergoes third-party IVF nurse review of complete OB/GYN records for all pregnancies — not just the most recent. We test for hidden nicotine markers that standard panels miss, verify financial stability, and assess psychological readiness and home environment.
Applicants with any pregnancy complications, gaps in medical records, unstable living situations, or motivations that don't align with a healthy surrogacy experience are declined — even if they meet basic ASRM requirements. This selectivity means fewer complications and surrogates who are genuinely committed.

Welcome Your Baby
From confirmed pregnancy through delivery, we coordinate your birth plan and ongoing case management. A pre-birth order is completed before birth through your attorney. We also coordinate breastmilk logistics if applicable. We recommend arriving a few weeks before the due date if possible.
