California has the most surrogate-friendly laws in the nation. As a California-based agency, we leverage these protections to make your journey smoother and more secure.
With pre-birth parentage orders, your names go directly on the birth certificate — no adoption required, no waiting period, no legal uncertainty. You are your child's legal parent from the moment of birth.

Common Questions About the Process
How long does the entire surrogacy journey take?
Most journeys take 15-20 months from initial inquiry to bringing your baby home. The matching phase (3-6 months at our agency vs. 12+ months elsewhere) is often the biggest variable.
Can I be involved during the pregnancy?
Absolutely. The level of involvement is negotiated in your contract. Many intended parents attend ultrasounds, share milestone moments, and communicate regularly with their surrogate.
What if we need to use an egg donor?
We coordinate egg donation as part of your journey. This adds some time (finding and screening a donor) but does not significantly change the surrogacy process itself.
Can we choose our surrogate?
Yes. We present you with pre-screened candidates who meet your criteria, and you choose who to meet. The match must be mutual — your surrogate also chooses you.
What happens if the first transfer does not work?
Transfer success rates are typically 50-65%. Your contract will specify how many transfer attempts are included. Additional transfers are possible with extra embryos.
